Gourmet Breakfast

Breakfast is included with every stay and is taken seriously. Each morning we source locally and organically from Andros: cold pressed olive oil, raw honey from the hills, eggs from nearby farms, seasonal fruit, and pastries baked the same day.

The presentation matches the produce. Plates are Versace golden, juices are pressed fresh, and coffee is made to order. You can take breakfast on your private veranda, by the pool, or, on request, on the floating tray inside your private whirlpool spa.
